A tasty marinade for venison steaks. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup dry sherry |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1 medium onion, diced |
5 cloves garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
10 juniper berries, crushed |
1 teaspoon orange rind |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together and marinate the steaks for 2 hours. 2. Grill to preference. |
