couple pounds of venison, i used caribou but deer meat is just as good |
the marinade |
5 or 6 shakes of worchestire sauce |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
couple shakes of catsup |
4 squirts of mustard |
a bunch of hot sauce |
cayenne |
1/4 tsp onion and garlic powder |
1/4 tsp.salt and pepper |
crushed red pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut meat into strips, Then marinate the meat in plastic bag for four days. Bake on 250 for 4 to six hours directly on wire rack in oven. |
