Our family has always used this recipe. It's a favorite of children and adults alike. Ingredients:
6 lbs venison, cut into 1/4 inch strips |
1 1/2 cups soy sauce |
1 1/2 cups worcestershire sauce |
1/3 cup ketchup |
1/3 cup liquid smoke |
2 tablespoons salt |
2 tablespoons onion powder |
2 tablespoons black pepper |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. 2. Marinate meat overnight. 3. Smoke until dry in oven set at 200 degrees or in dehydrator. |
