Found this recipe in a school cookbook. Ingredients:
2 lbs venison |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut venison into 1/4 strips. 2. remove all fat. 3. Mix all other ingredients. 4. Dip venison into sauce and lay on baking sheet. 5. Dry in oven or over wood stove for 10- 12 hours at 150-175F. |
