Bangers are an english style pork sausage Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground venison |
1 1/2 lbs ground pork |
1 1/2 cups dry breadcrumbs |
1 1/4 cups chicken broth |
3 1/2 teaspoons banger seasoning |
Directions:
1. Mix well. Grind again. This mixture will be too fine to form into patties. Force mixture into casings and tie in 4-5 inch lengths. Bake or saute. 2. BANGER SEASONING. 3. 5 tsp Ground white pepper. 4. 2 1/2 tsp Mace. 5. 2 1/4 tsp Salt. 6. 2 tsp Ground ginger. 7. 2 tsp Rubbed sage. 8. 1/2 tsp Nutmeg. |
