A Good way to use up the ground venison. Ingredients:
1 lb ground venison |
1 onion (chopped) |
1 (8 ounce) can pork & beans |
1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans (drained) |
1 (8 ounce) can great northern beans (drained) |
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed) |
1/2 cup chili sauce |
1/2 tablespoon worchestershire sauce |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Cook onions and ground venison in large covered oven safe pot until meat browns and onions are tender. 3. Drain any fat. 4. Add beans, brown sugar, sauces and salt. Mix well. 5. Bake for 1 hour and serve. |
