The greatness of a red velvet cake all balled up and wrapped in chocolate!! Ingredients:
1 box red velvet cake |
1 (16oz) can cream cheese icing |
1 block chocolate almond bark |
Directions:
1. make cake according to package directions 2. allow to cool completely 3. crumble into large bowl 4. mix in cream cheese icing 5. roll mixture into balls 6. place on wax paper lined cookie sheet 7. place in fridge to firm about 3 hours, or place in freezer for lesser time 8. melt almond bark in microwave 9. dip firmed balls in chocolate 10. place on wax paper 11. place back in fridge to firm before storing 12. store in fridge |
