Light and Tasty Ingredients:
1 (1/3 ounce) package sugar-free orange gelatin |
1/2 cup boiling water |
1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk |
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream |
3 tablespoons grated orange peel |
1 (8 ounce) carton frozen reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed |
1 (9 ounce) graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. 2. Stir in the milk, sour cream and orange peel. 3. Fold in the whipped topping. 4. Spoon into crust, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. |
