Velvet Sweet Potato

This is a melt-in-your mouth recipe
Ingredients:
4 medium sweet potato, cooked
50 ml butter or margarine (4 heaped tablespoons)
80 ml warm milk ( 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons)
pinch of salt
125 ml cream (1/2 cup)
125 ml cheese, grated (1/2 cup)
Directions:
1. Mash the sweet potato.
2. Mix in the butter and milk and stirr in the salt.
3. Place in a pie dish
4. Beat the cream till stiff.
5. Mix in the cheese.
6. Place over the sweet potato.
7. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
