For those who love mushrooms (like I do), and want something a little different, this is for you. Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups mushrooms, sliced (about 8 oz.) |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped |
1/4 cup butter |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 2/3 cups beef broth |
1 cup sour cream |
Directions:
1. In a large skillet over medium-low heat, saute mushrooms, onion, and parsley in butter until onion is translucscent. Stir in flour, then gradually stir in broth. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until well blended. 3. Serve. |
