Mmmm...Soup! Ingredients:
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen cauliflower, broccoli, carrot mix |
1 box (32 0z.) chicken broth |
12 oz. velveeta cheese cubed |
6 thick slices of cooked bacon crumbled |
3 green onions thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Cook vegetables in broth in large saucepan. bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, simmer 10 min or until vegetables are tender. 2. Mash vegetables 3. Stir in Velveeta and half the bacon. Cook until cheese is melted, stirring frquently. 4. Top with crumbled bacon and green onions before serving |
