I got this recipe from my husband's aunt. She won Recipe of the Month Potluck Dinner with this recipe! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch pieces |
4 cups cooked rotini pasta |
1 (1 lb) package frozen italian style mixed vegetables, thawed |
1 (10 ounce) can ro-tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained |
3/4 lb velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes |
Directions:
1. Combine ingredients in 9 x 13 baking dish. 2. Cover with foil. 3. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. 4. Let stand 5 minutes. 5. Stir and Serve. |
