Another recipe from the 1980 version of the Grace Evangelical Congregational Church cookbook from Muir, Pennsylvania that was given to me by my Nana when I became an adult. This recipe was submitted to the cookbook by Pat Durkin.
Ingredients:
1 lb butter
1 lb velveeta cheese
4 lbs powdered sugar
1 cup cocoa
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
1. In a saucepan melt butter and Velveeta cheese.
2. Sift together sugar and cocoa.
3. Add the cheese and butter mixture, vanilla and nuts and mix well.
4. Spread into a buttered 9 x 13 - inch pan.
