This cheese dip has been in my family for a long time. Again, my sister got it from a friend. It's delicious and very simple! Ingredients:
16 ounces velveeta cheese |
1 (8 ounce) jar salsa (whichever you prefer) |
1 lb ground beef |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain grease. 2. Melt cheese in crockpot on low for about 3 hours. (Make sure to shred cheese or it will take a long time to melt.) 3. Add salsa and beef to crockpot. 4. Serve with tortilla chips. |
