1 cup whole wheat flour |
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 cup bananas, mashed |
1/8 cup dried figs |
1/4 dried prunes |
1 tbs flax meal |
3 tbs water |
1/2 teaspoon orange extract |
1/4 cup fat-free yogurt |
Directions:
1. pre-heat the oven to 350 dgrees Farenheit 2. put the dry ingrediants in one bowl,mix 3. put wet ingrediants in another bowl,mix 4. mix together 5. put it in the oven and bake 15-20 minutes |
