natchos Ingredients:
1 cup diced tomatoes |
1/4 cup diced green pepper |
2 tbs. chopped green olives |
2 tbs. chopped black olives |
2 tbs. chopped green chiles |
2tsp. white vinegar |
1/4 tsp. garlic powder |
fresh ground black pepper-to taste |
8 corn tortillas |
1/4 cup shredded,cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. combine first 8 ingredients 2. cut each tortilla into 8 pie shapes(64 natchos) 3. spoon about 1 1/2 tsp. of vegitables on each natcho 4. devide cheese evenly over vegitables 5. broil,6 from flame' for 1-2 minutes,until cheese ismetled. |
