yummy Ingredients:
10 large cauliflower florets |
1 capsicum, sliced |
10 baby corn |
10 french beans (parboiled & sliced ) |
2 teaspoons gingerroot (chopped ) |
2 teaspoons garlic (chopped ) |
2 teaspoons green chilies (chopped) |
1/2 cup tomato puree |
2 teaspoons cornflour |
2 tablespoons oil |
salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a frying pan on a high flame. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies and stir fry over a high flame for a few seconds. 2. . Add the vegetables and Aji-no-moto and cook for a few minutes. 3. Add the tomato puree. 4. Mix the cornflour in 1/2 cup of water and add to the vegetables. 5. . Add the salt and cook for a few minutes. |
