1 cup rice, brown, medium-grain, cooked |
0.5 cup, sliced squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin |
0.5 cup tomatoes, red, ripe |
0.5 tbsp chopped onions |
1 serving 365 shredded 3 cheese blend |
Directions:
