1 cup rice, brown, medium-grain, cooked
0.5 cup, sliced squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin
0.5 cup tomatoes, red, ripe
0.5 tbsp chopped onions
1 serving 365 shredded 3 cheese blend
Directions:
1. cook rice separately, then w/olive oil, cook onion until sweet, add zucchini last tomato also a bit of mrs dash w/o salt
