Colourful and healthy! (May 1998 Kyounoryouri) Ingredients:
120 g lean ground beef |
30 g carrots |
40 g onions |
30 g bell peppers |
20 g sweetcorn |
20 g eggs |
10 g breadcrumbs |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch pepper |
4 lettuce leaves |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
oil, to grease pan |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius. 2. Very finely chop all vegetables, except the sweetcorn. 3. Combine all ingredients except the lettuce and the mustard in a ball, mix with hand until it begins to stick together. 4. In a greased loaf pan, put the mixture in so there is minimal amount of air inside. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes. 6. Divide into 2 portions, serve with the lettuce leaves on the side, with mustard. |
