I was wanting something light for lunch and that would work ou good while I ws on the go. This is what I came up with. Ingredients:
1 large flour tortilla |
1 oz of crumbled feta cheese |
4 oz of hummus |
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped |
1/4 c of fresh chopped parsley |
8 ripe olives, sliced |
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced |
Directions:
1. Tak ethe hummus and spread it in the middle of your tortilla. 2. Put on your cheese, parsley, tomato,olives and cucumber. 3. Then roll it and either eat or serve. |
