I was wanting something light for lunch and that would work ou good while I ws on the go. This is what I came up with.
Ingredients:
1 large flour tortilla
1 oz of crumbled feta cheese
4 oz of hummus
1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 c of fresh chopped parsley
8 ripe olives, sliced
1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. Tak ethe hummus and spread it in the middle of your tortilla.
2. Put on your cheese, parsley, tomato,olives and cucumber.
3. Then roll it and either eat or serve.
