THIS IS FOR TOFU CARROT AND POTATO LOVERS Ingredients:
1/2 cup yogurt |
1 egg |
200 grams soft tofu |
1/2 medium potato |
1/2 medium carrot |
1/2 medium onion |
1 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. CUT CARROT AND POTATO INTO SMAL PIECES AND THEN BOILED THEM TIL ITS ALMOST DONE 2. MIX YOGURT TOFU AND EGG TOGETHER SEASONED WITH SALT PEPPER AND SOY SAUCE MIX IT WELL 3. PUT THE MIXING INTO THE PAN AND BAKE IT IN THE OVEN 400F(200C) ABOUT 20-25 MINS 4. CUT INTO 4 PIECES AND SERVE |
