Ingredients:
1 jar(s) organic spaghetti sauce |
1 whole(s) green pepper seeded and diced |
1 whole(s) small whiteonion diced |
2 whole(s) carrots shredded |
1 pound(s) extra lean ground beef |
8 ounce(s) mushrooms sliced |
2 whole(s) roma tomatoes seeded and diced |
1 cup(s) water |
italian seasoning, pepper, red pepper flake to taste |
2 tablespoon(s) fresh garlic minced |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef and garlic until no longer pink. Add tomato, green pepper, onion, mushroom, and carrot, cook until soft. Add sauce, water and seasonings. Boil for 15 minutes on low heat. Serve with prepared whole wheat spaghetti. |
