This one is vegetarian, and trust me you won't miss the meat. Ingredients:
8 cups water |
2 (12 ounce) cans diced tomatoes (one drained) |
1/2 onion |
5 celery ribs, diced |
3 carrots, graded |
1 garlic clove |
salt & pepper |
1 head broccoli |
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable stock |
1/2 cup spiral shaped pasta |
Directions:
1. Boil water and add chopped veggies. 2. Cook till tender. 3. Add stock powder and broccoli. 4. Bring to boil and then let simmer for 30 min - 1 hour. 5. Cook pasta; drain and add. |
