A recipe by Donna Aston from her book Body Business . Ingredients:
1 onion, diced |
150 g pumpkin, diced |
150 g cauliflower, cut into small florets |
1 cup cabbage, finely shredded |
20 g almond meal |
seasoning |
Directions:
1. Prepare all vegetables. 2. Steam or microwave until soft. 3. Drain excess fluid. 4. Transfer to mixing bowl and add almond meal and seasonings to taste. 5. Form into burger like patties. 6. Grill. 7. Serve with a protein. |
