CLX Program Ingredients:
1/2 green zucchini, diced |
1/4 red bell pepper, diced |
3 broccoli florets, chopped |
1/4 cup red onion, chopped |
1 large whole egg |
3 egg whites |
1 ounce parmesan cheese, grated |
nonstick cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Whisk together whole egg and egg whites. 2. Heat a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray over medium heat. Add all vegetables and saute for about 3 to 5 minutes, until they begin to soften. Add in egg mixture and scramble together; continue to cook until eggs are cooked through, about 3 to 4 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese. |
