Large batch of sauteed veggies to eat by themselves or add meat to make a meal Ingredients:
2 cups zucchini |
2 cups onion |
1 cup broccoli |
3 cups spinach |
2 1/2 cups black beans |
2 1/2 cups corn kernels |
3 1/2 cups cabbage |
2 cups mushrooms |
2 cups asparagus |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Cut up all veggies and saute on low heat in covered pan. use a little olive oil to stop from sticking |
