I've been toying with this recipe for a while now....didn't have sour cream to put on a baked potato so I started experimenting & this is what I came up with...goes great on any veggie or throw on a baked potato with a bit of shredded cheddar cheese....oh boy! Had it on steamed broccoli & my bf said it was the best broccoli he'd ever had! Ingredients:
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons white wine |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese |
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced |
cracked pepper, to taste |
3 dashes hot sauce (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Toss with hot veggies. 3. Serve. |
