This is a great one and it depends on amount a person use, for serving amounts.
Ingredients:
1 (8z ) cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cucumbers, chopped
1/4 cup onions, chopped
3/4 cup carrots, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Chill until ready to eat,(you do not have to chill before eating).
3. Spread on bread or use Ritz crackers.
