THE BEST VEGGIE/RICE CASSEROLE. BE PREPARED TO DOUBLE THIS OR MORE IF YOU TAKE IT FOR FAMILY DINNERS...NEVER LASTS LONG.
Ingredients:
16 oz velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter
2 cups wild rice
24 oz frozen veggies - broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend
Directions:
1. MELT VELVEETA CHEESE THOROUGHLY THEN ADD CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP AND STICK OF BUTTER.
2. COOK WILD RICE AS DIRECTED.
3. COOK FROZEN VEGETABLES AS DIRECTED.
4. LAYER VEGGIES, RICE THEN CHEESE MIXTURE.
5. REPEAT LAYERS THREE TIMES.
6. BAKE IN OVEN AT 350 FOR 45 MINUTES.
