Ingredients:
1 piece(s) onion
2 box(es) sliced mushrooms
1 piece(s) green pepper
1 piece(s) yellow pepper
3 piece(s) zucchini
1 package(s) canadian bacon
4 clove(s) garlic
2 can(s) diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon(s) oregano
1 tablespoon(s) basil
dash(es) salt & pepper to taste
dash(es) grated cheese
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients. Saute onion, garlic and pepper together in olive oil. Add mushrooms and saute. Add Zucchini & Canadian bacon and saute. Add two cans of drained diced tomatoes. Finish with grated cheese.
