Ingredients:
1 piece(s) onion |
2 box(es) sliced mushrooms |
1 piece(s) green pepper |
1 piece(s) yellow pepper |
3 piece(s) zucchini |
1 package(s) canadian bacon |
4 clove(s) garlic |
2 can(s) diced tomatoes |
1 tablespoon(s) oregano |
1 tablespoon(s) basil |
dash(es) salt & pepper to taste |
dash(es) grated cheese |
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
Directions:
1. Chop all ingredients. Saute onion, garlic and pepper together in olive oil. Add mushrooms and saute. Add Zucchini & Canadian bacon and saute. Add two cans of drained diced tomatoes. Finish with grated cheese. |
