Crustless vegetable quiche cups to go Ingredients:
4 eggs |
10 ounce frozen chopped spinach |
3/4 cup 2% cheddar cheese |
1/4 cup chopped peppers |
1/4 cup chopped onions |
Directions:
1. Thaw spinach. Squeeze out excess water. Mix all ingredients together. Fill 12 muffin tins (mini or regular) with mixture and bake at 350 for 15 - 18 minutes. |
