This may sound weird BUT it is really good! Ingredients:
1/8 cup blueberries |
2 cups spinach, raw |
2 oz. dannon plain yogurt nonfat |
1 serving vanilla whey protein powder |
1 tbsp hood milk |
1/2 cup ice |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. Mix altogether in a blender until smooth! Enjoy! |
