This may sound weird BUT it is really good!
Ingredients:
1/8 cup blueberries
2 cups spinach, raw
2 oz. dannon plain yogurt nonfat
1 serving vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp hood milk
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Mix altogether in a blender until smooth! Enjoy!
