These are addictive! The crescent roll crust is spread with cream cheese piled high with crisp veggies and sprinkled with cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayo
2 - 8 oz. pkgs cream cheese softened (philadelphia crm chz rules)
1 packet hidden valley ranch salad dressing mix
1 tsp oregano
2 pkgs pillsbury crescent rolls
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 c red onion
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup tomatoes
1/2 c broccoli florets
1/2 c sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Unroll the cresent roll dough onto a cookie sheet.
2. Press edges of the two packages together so they make one large crust.
3. Bake at 350 degress for 8-10 mins.
4. Let cool.
5. Mix together Mayo, Cream Cheese, and Ranch Dressing Mix.
6. Spread this mixture onto the crust.
7. Sprinkle with Oregano.
8. Top with the veggies evenly distributing all.
9. Top with Cheddar Cheese.
10. Press down toppings (lightly) into the cream cheese.
11. Refrigerate overnight.
12. Cut into squares.
13. Serve.
