A wonderful and easy to make classic that is sure to be a hit at your next get-together, Perfect for all seasons! Ingredients:
2 packages crescent rolls |
2 (8 oz) cream cheese |
1 cup mayo (i use light mayo) |
1 package hidden valley type ranch dressing |
2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
variety of fresh veggies sliced very tiny. my favorites are brocolli, tomato, shredded carrots and mushrooms. |
olives (i like sliced green olives for a salty taste, but it is also delicious with sliced black olives) |
Directions:
1. Unroll cresent rolls and press into the bottom of a cookie sheet (with sides). 2. Bake according to the package directions. 3. Cool completely. 4. Meanwhile, mix cream cheese, mayo and ranch package together very well. 5. Spread onto cooled crust. 6. Top with shredded cheese. 7. Add all your favorite veggies and olives (optional). 8. Chill and cut into small squares. |
