This is a quick easy recipe, great as a snack or an appetizer. Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages crescent rolls |
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 (1 ounce) packet hidden valley ranch dressing mix |
3 cups chopped vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green peppers, tomatos, cucumbers) |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Roll out cresent rolls, laying flat on a cookie sheet. Pinch together seams. Bake in oven 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. 2. Mix cream cheese, mayo, and Hidden valley ranch dressing mix. Spread on crust once cooled. 3. Sprinkle chopped veggies and top with cheddar cheese. |
