All veggies Pita Pocket - Under 150 calories!!!! Ingredients:
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped |
1/2 cup lettuce, chopped |
1/4 cup cucumber, sliced |
1/4 cup carrot, grated |
1 tablespoon onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon cabbage |
1 pita |
1 tablespoon hummus |
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar |
Directions:
1. Chop or grate all veggies 2. Spread Hummus on inside of Pita 3. Stuff Pita with Veggie mix 4. Sprinkle vinegar on top 5. Enjoy |
