super fast, filling, personal pizza Ingredients:
70 g wheat pita |
3 tbsp. tomato sauce |
1/4 cup italian cheese mix |
1/4 cup onion, minced |
1/4 cup green pepper, minced |
1/4 cup tomato, minced |
1/4 cup mushrooms, canned, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Place pita on cookie sheet. 3. Top with tomato sauce, then veggies, then cheese. 4. Bake for 12 minutes. 5. Turn broiler on and cook for 2-3 more minutes or until cheese is browned to your liking. |
