Ingredients:
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup yeast (inactive)
2 small yellow onions
1 small carrot
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 potato (sweet)
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup water
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. basil
Directions:
1. Shred all ingredients (that need shredding)
2. Mix all ingredients
3. Place in mold
4. Cook 1 hour at 350 F
