Egg white and vegetable omelet - quick and easy Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg white |
1/2 cup squash, diced |
1/4 cup onion, diced |
1 teaspoon canola oil |
1/2 ounce monterey jack cheese |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and squash in canola oil until translucent. Add egg white and cook over medium heat until set. Top with shredded cheese and place skillet directly under broiler. Broil until cheese is melted and omelet puffs up. |
