Yummmy LOW CAL omelet. Ingredients:
5 egg whites |
1 (10 ounce) package frozen broccoli spears, thawed |
4 tablespoons salsa |
4 tablespoons fat free mozzarella cheese |
1 teaspoon cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Mix egg whites until frothy. 2. Spray nonstick frying pan with cooking spray. 3. Pour eggs into pan. 4. Cook until set. 5. Add broccoli, 3 TBS salsa, and 3 TBS cheese. 6. Allow cheese to melt for 3 minutes. 7. Flip omelet onto plate and top with remaining salsa and cheese. |
