Found this recipe, and it looks good. Have not tried it out yet, but hope to soon. Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 onion, chopped |
3 tablespoons celery, chopped |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
1/3 cup breadcrumbs |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 teaspoons vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. In food processor, process walnuts, garlic, onion, parsley and celery. 2. Add breadcrumbs, eggs and oil. 3. Roll into balls. 4. Place on greased cookie sheet. 5. Bake 375F 10-12 minutes til golden. |
