1 potato, chopped |
1/2 onion, chopped |
1 celery stalk, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, mined |
2/3 cups macaroni |
1/2 zucchini, chopped |
2/3 cups vegetable broth |
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil |
1/2 can tomato paste |
Directions:
1. cut everything up 2. throw into pot of water 3. boil it for awhile 4. add mac 5. boil some more 6. eat to your hearts content |
