Light and tangy marinade made for veggies to grill Ingredients:
1 cup oil (grape seed or olive) |
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/4 cup tamari soy sauce (gluten-free) |
4 garlic cloves, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh basil, ripped |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 teaspoon dried oregano |
1 teaspoon dried parsley |
1 teaspoon dried dill |
ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and shake well to blend. Let veggies sit in marinade for at least 2-3 hours. |
