Simple wraps of hummus and veggies. Feel free to put in whatever you want! Flavored hummus is also great, and hummus is a nice healthy dressing substitute. Ingredients:
2 flour tortillas |
2 tbsp hummus |
6 black olives, chopped |
1/4 c lettuce |
2 pickles |
1 slice provolone cheese |
1 bell pepper, sliced |
Directions:
1. Spread hummus on tortillas (I use fajita size tortillas, but you can use whatever). 2. Fill with whatever ingredients you like. 3. Fold and enjoy! I wrap in plastic wrap and take them with me for lunch. It's easy and quick, and the tortillas don't get soggy and squished like bread does. |
