Ingredients:
1-med onion
4-celery stalks
1-bell pepper(green)
2-garlic cloves
1-corn (can) whole grain 15 oz.
1-corn (can) cream style 15 oz.
1-lima beans (can) 15 oz.
1-white potatoes (can) diced 15 oz.
1-carrots (can) sliced 14.5 oz.
1-mushrooms (can) sliced 6.5oz.
2-tomatos (can) diced 14.5 oz.
2-tbsp. butter
2-tbsp. veg. oil
1-tsp. salt
1/2-tsp. black pepper
2-tbsp. sugar
1-tsp. parsley
1/2-tsp. basil leaves
2 oz. lemon juice
1/4-tsp. crushed red pepper(optional)
Directions:
1. Chop-up the following-onion,celery, bell pepper, & garlic.
2. Drain the juice from all cans except tomatos and cream corn
3. Place all ingredients into a large pot with 45 oz. of water.
4. Stir mixture and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to med. low, cover and cook for 1-hour stirring occasionally.
6. After removing from heat let it stand for 30 min. then drain all the liquid from the mixture.
