VERY filling omlette for 164 cals! Ingredients:
5 egg whites |
2 mushrooms |
21 g (1 wedge) laughing cow light swiss cheese |
1 slice red onion |
10 grams green pepper (1 or 2 strips) |
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes |
2 tbsp mild salsa |
Directions:
1. chop and mix all ingredients in bowl 2. spray pan with 0 cal butter 3. cook on medium heat in pan and flip halfway 4. add salsa to top of omlette once cooked! |
