Ingredients:
1 cup chopped lettuce
2 tablespoons chopped carrots
1/4 cup diced tomato (optional)
1 small sliced red onion (optional)
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 cup red bell peppers or 1/2 cup yellow bell peppers or 1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup your favorite dressing (i prefer italian)
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients in blender and put on highest speed.
