My mom has made this for as long as I can remember, and it has always been my favorite. Its a bit chunky, but the taste is absoulutely unbeatable. I beg you to try it... no other dip will suffice. Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise (light if you prefer) |
3/4 cup cottage cheese |
1 teaspoon dill weed |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well. 2. Put in bowl or tupperware and cover well. 3. Refrigerate for one hour, or longer. 4. Stir and serve with raw veggies. |
