A fresh dip makes eating good veggies even better Ingredients:
1/2 cup light sour cream |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
1/2 garlic clove |
1 small onion |
1/2 green pepper |
1 stalk celery |
1 tablespoon fresh basil |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon fresh thyme |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Place all items in blender/Moulinex and puree, or put in bowl and use hand blender to make smooth consistency. 2. Chill for 1 hour before serving with vegetables. |
