Crustless quiche with veggies and cottage cheese. Ingredients:
5 eggs |
2 cups low-fat cottage cheese |
1/3 cup milk |
1 cup mild cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup onion |
1/4 cup red pepper |
1/6 cup green pepper |
1/4 lb. bacon |
1 tbsp. margarine |
1 black pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Chop pepper, onion, and bacon. Saute in margarine. 2. Beat eggs and milk. Mix all ingredients together. 3. Spray 9 pie plate and put all ingredients in pan. 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cooked throughout. |
